The Assignment Process

At Xec we offer to support to our interim managers at every stage of the assignment process from application to placement. Thereafter we work hard to develop an ongoing relationship with our interim professionals to meet their career and assignment goals.

Registration

Once you register with Xec we will assign you one of our Interim resourcing consultants. Their role is to get a clear understanding of your experience and talent. It also allows us to get an understanding of the type of assignments and industry sectors you are interested in.

Limited Companies

We prefer to work with Interim Managers who have set up their own limited company. Upon assignment we would expect our interim’s to provide details of their limited company, professional indemnity insurance, details of their limited company bank account and a copy of their certificate of Incorporation before the assignment can commence. We can provide help and support in setting up all of the above.

The Assignment

When we have identified a suitable assignment for you we would first check your availability and feelings regarding the opportunity. We would then shortlist your cv for presentation to the client.
Your Interim resourcing consultant would then meet you to brief you in detail about the assignment role and client objectives before you meet the client for interview.

Once you have been accepted for an assignment we would work with you to prepare you for the role.

During the Assignment

We maintain regular contact with you and the client throughout the assignment period to ensure you have the professional support you require.

Post Assignment

Once the assignment has been completed we complete a review with you and the client to ensure we have provided maximum support to both client and interim alike.
