At our initial briefing meeting we get a clear understanding of the scope and scale of the role, key deliverables and timetables. We then develop a detailed specification which we return for approval.
We then search and identify suitable interims from our database that meet the client brief. We then meet and brief our shortlist of matched candidates. A shortlist of 2-3 candidates is submitted to the client including CVs, references and fee requirements.
Interviews are then scheduled between clients and interim executives. Once the client has selected the interim candidate we manage the assignment contract on behalf of the interim and client.
Once the assignment has begun a scheduled contact programme is agreed with both clients and interim executive
