Client Matching

Quite simply we can help you at every stage of the interim assignment process, from understanding your business and your business needs, the current interim market and rates, to assessment and matching. We will work with you in active collaboration to design a totally flexible solution that exactly meets your needs. Ensuring the interim has the skill requirements, can work effectively in your culture and deliver results.

Research

At the heart of most successful interim placements is a deep insight into the market. With our highly skilled and qualified research team we can source the best interim executives in the country. Coupled with our own Board experience we can match that interim talent that best fits the environment and culture that the clients business operates in.

At our initial briefing meeting we get a clear understanding of the scope and scale of the role, key deliverables and timetables. We then develop a detailed specification which we return for approval.

Candidate assessment and matching

We then search and identify suitable interims from our database that meet the client brief. We then meet and brief our shortlist of matched candidates. A shortlist of 2-3 candidates is submitted to the client including CVs, references and fee requirements.

Interviews are then scheduled between clients and interim executives. Once the client has selected the interim candidate we manage the assignment contract on behalf of the interim and client.
